Before You Depart

How are Passport Perfumes made?

Each perfume begins with a journey. The perfumer travels to the destinations that inspire every scent, taking in the textures, colors, and rhythms of each place. Back in the studio, those impressions are translated into fragrance through a slow and deliberate process. Every blend is poured by hand in small batches and allowed to rest before it’s ready to depart.

Do the perfumes come in larger sizes?

Passport Perfumes begins with a 15 milliliter format, crafted for exploration and portability. Future editions may expand in scale, but for now, each bottle is designed to travel lightly.

Are the perfumes gendered?

No. They are made for skin, not gender. Each composition reacts differently depending on body chemistry and temperature.

Are they natural or synthetic?

Both, intentionally. Natural materials carry emotional truth while aroma molecules add structure and lift. Every formula is IFRA compliant, which means it meets global standards for safety and balance on skin.

What is the best way to explore the collection?

Start with the Discovery Kit, which includes five destinations in two milliliter vials. You will likely find one that feels familiar and one that surprises you. That is the point of travel.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories aren’t available yet, and we’re not able to offer international shipping for perfumes due to carrier restrictions.

International customers may choose to use third-party package-forwarding services at their own discretion and risk. Passport Perfumes is not affiliated with, responsible for, or able to advise on third-party forwarding, customs clearance, or international shipping regulations.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves the fulfillment center.

Are all scents available year-round?

It depends on how quickly each batch sells out. Production happens only twice a year. The perfumer returns from travel to bottle each collection with a small team during short creation seasons. When a run sells out, it is paused until the perfumer returns to create the next batch.

On The Journey

How should Passport Perfumes be worn?

Each perfume is designed to sit close to the skin and move with the body. A few sprays on pulse points such as the wrists, neck, and inner arms are enough. The scents are meant to be intimate, revealing themselves gradually rather than filling a room.

Can the perfumes be layered?

Yes. Layering allows each perfume to create new depth. Apply the richer or heavier scent first so it anchors to the skin, then add a lighter or fresher scent on top. The combination settles naturally as it warms with the body.

How long do the perfumes last on skin?

Longevity varies with skin type, temperature, and humidity. On most skin, the scent lasts between four and eight hours. To extend wear, perfume can also be sprayed lightly on clothing or fabric, where it tends to linger longer.

How strong are the perfumes?

Each perfume is an eau de parfum with a concentration that ranges from 15 to 20 percent. They are designed for closeness and nuance rather than a loud trail. The exact concentration for each scent is listed on its product page under "Bottle Size".

How should the perfumes be stored?

Keep bottles away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat. The crimped atomizer prevents air exposure, but storing perfume in a cool and stable environment helps preserve the scent’s character over time.

How should the Discovery Kit be used?

The Discovery Kit is designed for slow exploration. Try one scent per day or match each one to a moment or emotion. Keep notes of what stands out or feels familiar. The right perfume often feels like recognition.

If Plans Change

Can I cancel or edit my order?

All sales are final once checkout is complete. Orders are sent directly to a fulfillment center, which means changes or cancellations cannot be honored once processing begins. Please review all details carefully before placing an order.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

It is important to enter the correct address at checkout. Because fulfillment is handled through a third-party center, updates may not reach them in time once an order is in queue. If you notice an error, email arrivals@passportperfumes.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. To experience the collection before committing to a full bottle, the Discovery Kit is available for sampling.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If a package arrives damaged or an item is missing or incorrect, email arrivals@passportperfumes.com within seven days of delivery. Include clear photos and your order number so the issue can be reviewed promptly.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If tracking shows a package stalled or delivered but not received, contact  arrivals@passportperfumes.com for assistance.
