The City In Scent

Miami begins in heat. The early morning light spills across pastel walls and quiet streets. You move through it, Cuban coffee thick and sweet, a guava pastelito in hand. In South Beach, music drifts from open doors, and a salty breeze follows you down Ocean Drive. Men play dominoes and light cigars, their smoke curling through Little Havana’s air. By afternoon, the humidity clings to sun-touched skin, bare and glowing. Each perfume is a stop along that rhythm, a translation of the city’s intimacy into scent.
