Cuban Coffee

Cuban Coffee

Miami mornings begin with cafecito: thick, sweet, and strong enough to wake the dead. This perfume catches that moment before the first sip, when the air smells like roasted beans, sugar, and conversation. It’s the scent of warmth before the heat, comfort before chaos.

Perfumer's Note

My first taste of Cuban coffee was in Miami when a friend arrived with a foam cup and plastic shot cups. He called it "colada."

It felt ceremonial as he poured, and my palate was immersed in roasty coffee with chocolate notes, baptized in caramelized sugar, and softened by creamy foam. This perfume is that feeling all over again.

— Aris A.

"Cuban coffee took root in Miami after 1959, carried by those who fled Havana but refused to leave its rituals behind. The small metal pots, the whipped sugar foam, the sound of conversation through ventanitas became the heartbeat of the city. Each sip still carries that story: history sweetened into connection."
